Operations Manager
Rafa (Rafaela) supports The Blue Dot AI's operations, working closely with Ali on day-to-day execution and internal systems. She brings a background in startup operations, having helped scale an AI company from its early stage through legal, HR, and investor-facing work. Multilingual in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, she also holds a BA in Languages and Linguistics.
