Why we’re running it.
Officers of the Maui Nui Medical Society asked us for a practical session for practitioners. It’s open to physicians, APRNs, PAs, and clinic staff from every island.
Most AI training for clinicians is a vendor pitch or a keynote. This is neither. Attendees bring their real workflows and leave with things running on their own machine.
What the day looks like.

- 9:30What these tools are actually good at, and where they fail.
- 10:15Documentation and notes — hands-on, with your own templates.
- 11:30Patient messages and inbox — hands-on.
- 12:15Lunch.
- 1:00Bring your own problem — the core of the day.
- 2:15Privacy, PHI, and what not to paste into a chatbot.
- 2:45What you do Monday.
